January's Gate of The Month - 2013

This month features a gate that has been a favorite among our customers since its completion in 2006. From the distinctive filigree detail to the custom pillars that adorn each side, this gate is a statement piece worthy of admiration.

It is constructed of solid teak and coated with an industrial strength varnish to seal the lumber from the misty Seattle weather. The natural grain of the wood, custom cut mesh and metal plates are on full display--accenting the house’s Renaissance style.

The stone pillars finish off the look with their faux-fire lighting fixtures and smooth castle-like texture. Though this gate was installed many years ago it still stands one of our most popular installations to date.
